HARBEC’s aluminum tooling allows you to field test and produce parts for a new product launch or production purposes while cutting costs and time to market. Our aluminum tooling holds tight tolerances, serves as a bridge to production and can be utilized on long-term production runs with assurance. As a result, you are not limited to producing a few parts only.

More importantly, HARBEC doesn’t set arbitrary guidelines that your project must fit into. We don’t have maximum part sizes or geometry constraints and we don’t limit the type of materials used. Regardless of your requirements, we can meet your needs.

In addition, HARBEC can be as hands-on or hands-off as you require. We offer full prototype design services or we can work directly with your CAD files, downloading part geometry to our advanced CAM systems or to our 3-D Systems selective laser sintering (SLS) and EOS DMLS machines. Our superior CAD/CAM capability means that you can expect hassle-free transfer of your design concepts.

We can digitize your model into a data file or electronically transfer your 2D or 3D file. We can generate complex surfaces, draft angles and undercuts to your production tolerances, from solid blocks of steel, aluminum, and engineered resins. We take pride in our accuracy regardless of your dimensional geometry.

When we machine plastic, we can usually use the same resin in which you plan to mold your production parts.
