3D Printing (Additive Manufacturing)

Machining

Computer numerical control (CNC) machining is a conventional technique in which a computer program guides a cutting tool to remove material from a workpiece. It also uses computer guidance to precisely and rapidly produce complex components.

In addition, we currently operate more than 40 vertical mills (ranging from three to seven-axis models), six turning centers, and various EDM centers on three shifts.

Injection Molding

Injection molding is the process of shaping a material by injecting it into a mold. The material is first melted before being molded under pressure. Then, the mold is left closed while the material solidifies and cools into the desired form.
